wonderful stay in the heart of it all
helpful staff high quality accessories useful iron delicious breakfast
The staff was helpful and kind i felt very welcome. the room had high quality accessories in the bathroom! i particularly enjoyed the provided iron and ironing board in the wardrobe. It was quite useful. i also really liked the variety at breakfast, it was fresh and delicious.
the room was clean though it felt slightly small.

it is in a walkable area with many attractions nearby i found everything so accessible. many cafes and restaurants are just steps away from the hotel! the central location makes exploring easy.

My room was spacious and very clean. The staff was pleasant and cute. I appreciate the hotel provide shampoo, shower gel and cream. It seemed natural and good quality.
The restaurant exhaust seemed not working very well. I leave the breakfast smelling like grease and food fumes.

The staff was attentive, trying their best with a smile. They are cute and offer help, so you can have a great experience. Maryan, Elina and Monica are especially dedicated.

The breakfast buffet is diverse with good options. Warm breads were available, very special. The staff in the restaurant were always nice to the guests.

the location proved quite convenient. the staff were helpful and courteous at all times. the room was clean and well-kept (i really liked it!).
The street noise at night was a bit much. the music was loud, and it went on quite late. also, i found the room slightly smaller than expected. i did not enjoy the limited interior view from my window. I kept the curtains closed.

Fantastic Stay in the City Center

The reception staff offered an early check-in. I got to my room at 11:00 AM. This allowed me to prepare for my lunch meetings. The gym has treadmills and stationary bikes, so I was able to keep up with my workout routine. The room included a separate seating area, great to relax. I found a taxi stand close to the hotel. It made getting around easy, though the parking was expensive!
The coffee from the breakfast buffet was from a machine. A freshly brewed pot would have been nice.

The staff was very attentive and professional, promptly addressing requests. Early check-in was accommodated. This allowed time to prepare for meetings and appointments. I very much appreciated this. This.
